职位描述
Consultant - Technical Due Diligence
- Site monitoring, supervision and report including programme and workmanship quality
- Provide technical expertise regarding design, construction and operation of MEP systems
- Site supervision, construction, testing and commission etc.
- Conduct technical due diligence exercises of existing building / new developments
Requirements
- At least 6 years experience in construction field
- Bachelor degree, major in architecture/strcuture/civil engineering etc
- Excellenet command of English, able to wirte technical reports in English
- on-site construction experience preferred
- Project experience with Commercial Greenfield projects will be preferred
