本公司主要以外资企业客户为主，主要项目有外资银行（如汇丰银行，花旗银行，南洋商业银行等），外资企业办公室装修，另外还有部分酒店项目（如香格里拉酒店等)。

Overall Objective / Purpose of the role 职位概述:

· Design support to SPM and PM for project implementation; liaison / co-ordinate with clients, landlords, sub-tenants, contractors and consultants to prepare design drawings for fit-out / renovation for offices and retail shops; obtain and confirm client’s brief as necessary; communication and understanding end user’s requirements.
· 为项目经理或高级项目经理的项目实施提供设计支持；联络/协调客户，业主，分租户，承建商及顾问, 准备合适的办公室和零售商店的装修的设计图纸；获取并确认客户的需求并沟通了解用户的最终要求

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities 工作职责内容

· To receive client’s brief and prepare design drawings for fit out / renovation in offices and retail shops
· 了解客户的需求并准备办公室或零售店的精装修设计图纸
· Prepare working drawings for tendering and construction in compliance with the local statutory requirements & client’s specification
· 准备招标图施工图，并确保其符合当地的法规要求及客户的需求
· Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager
· 与承包商和供应商协调设计装修问题，并和项目经理一起控制材料、工艺质量及时间进度
· Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package under the leading of design director
· 在设计总监的领导下开发设计方案和全套设计图纸
· Other duties as per instruction
· 领导布置的其他任务


Skills / Requirement技能要求:
· Degree/Diploma holder in Interior Design or related discipline
· 室内设计或相关专业专科及以上学历
· At least 3-5 years’ proven experience in design，retail banking experience preferable
· 至少3-5年设计经验,有银行营业所设计经验者优先
· Experienced in site supervision and able to handle site management independently
· 有现场监督的经验并能独立处理现场管理工作
· Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written is a plus
· 英文听说读写能力优秀者优先考虑
· Proficient in AUTOCAD, Photoshop
· 精通AUTOCAD, Photoshop
