Purpose of the job:
Improve individual and organization performance and support business development by utilizing the effective HR system.

Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for HR BP report, provide timely & high quality HR data when required.
2.Be responsible for training plan delivery and support employee Learning & Development projects.
3.Be responsible for HR process, work with HR SSC to ensure data accuracy and deal with staffing and employee mobility issues together with HR SSC.
4.Involve or lead HR programs to ensure good delivery result in company.
other daily projects or work assigned by manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in HR relevant area, training related work is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong logic thinking and good at planning and execution
5. Very skillful in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, etc.
6. Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
