Office & AdminManager
The Office & AdminManager will direct and coordinate resources available to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, proactively handle administrative tasks to keep business operations going as well ascommunicate with international senior staff.
The position requires the Office & AdminManager to communicate with staff on a daily basis to ensure efficient use of time, prioritization and completion of tasks as required by senior management, reward/reprimand if the job is done well/badly, define procedures, insist on attention to detail and analysis, and recommend hiring and firing of staff as appropriate.
In this hands-on role the Office & AdminManager will be in charge of office task management with full accountability for compliance with local laws and administrative government requirements, as well as responsible for the duties of the administration department.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understand the projects/tasks of the company and help employees break them downinto achievable and measurable tasks
* Be creative and resourceful to come up with solutions when employees are stuck
* Review the daily tasks of the team and maintain an employee task list
* Set objectives and adapt job description for each employee
* Ensure required permits and licenses are obtained and renewed as needed
* Work together with both internal and external parties to ensure timely administrative assistance is provided
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or a related field and at least 5+ years of project management experience. A related Master’s degree and/or business management experience would be a plus.
The ideal candidate possesses:
* Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
* Strong personality coupled with flexibility and ability to lead change as well as training staff
* Analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail
* Experience in a multinational environment
* Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
