岗位描述：

1.协助总经理开展经营管理活动，协调各部门工作和处理日常事务

2.及时收集和了解各部门的工作动态，协助总经理协调各部门之间有关的业务工作，掌握全公司主要活动情况

3.组织、安排、追踪落实公司级管理会议，做好相应的记录，并检查督促会议决议的贯彻实施

4.协助总经理与客户及供应商建立良好的合作关系，妥善安排总经理重要客人的接待工作

5.协助总经理安排日程计划，必要时陪同出差

6.成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。
