REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As a key role to govern and manage SE official Weibo/WeChat account
- Lead to build up SE CN social media strategy and plan
- Manage SE's presence on social media
- Manage Weibo/WeChat posts content by work with the content contributor, including tones adjustment, content calendar setup
- Monitor and lead handling of Weibo crisis by working with PR team
- Support global social media initiative local implementation
- Anaysis and measurement reporting vs benchmark with key competitor
- Best practice sharing to Marcom managers and BUs

2. Lead the planning and execution of social media marketing programs
- Drive social media tactic's adoption into marketing campaigns via integrated marketing planning
- Execute social media marketing program

REQUIREMENT

1.BS/BA, MBA is plus,major in Computer Science

2.Above 5 years experience in eMarketing/PR and 2 years+ in social media.

3.IT company, Internet Company backgrand is a plus.

4.Fluent in Both English and Mandarin. French will be a plus.

5.A good team player with good teamwork spirit

6.Passionate but Not Emotional

7.Strong in handling pressure and sometimes difficult issues

8.Open and able to adapt oneself quickly to updated business requirement/situaiton
