Job Summary:
Branding
1)Create designs, concepts, and layouts for promotion materials, including brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, case studies, presentations, maps, internal & external emails and publications following corporate standards
2)Implement report templates in all design-related works; assist with the training on brand refresh; Communicate with the GE GOP and C&W FM team on branding updates
3)Actively engage with GE and C&W FM team for information and expertise sharing
Event Support
1)Create concepts for GOP related events including Ergo Day, Environmental Day, Clean &Clear Desk Day, Fire Safety Day
2)Actively engage with BU event support

Vendor management
1)Solicit reliable vendors and establish vendor pool to support business, including design house, printer, photographer, cameraman, event company etc.
2)Coordinate production/other logistics details with relevant vendors to ensure high quality output

E-marketing
1)Launch GE GOP WECHAT program
2)Assist GE and C&W FM team with creating e-marketing emails to clients
3)Use the e-marketing tool & platform to create email send-outs

Others
1)Prepare monthly update on graphic design projects for sharing with key stakeholders
2)Prepare and distribute graphic design snapshots on quarterly basis
3)Assist photo shoot or video editing when needed

Adhoc Assignments
1)Assist with the regional team on other tasks when needed

Qualifications:
1)Bachelor degree holder
2)3-5 working experience as a graphic designer
3)Has passion for graphic design
4)Be creative and able to bring new ideas/concept
5)A computer literate especially for design software
6)Able to work efficiently under deadline pressure
7)Multitasking skills
8)Has problem-solving skills
9)Good communications kills
