Main responsibilities
1. Ensure GL and Tax accounting accurate;
2. Prepare Month-End Reports in time and accurately;
3. Lead and maintains monthly BS reconciliation, timely investigation and resolving discrepancies;
4. Review AR, AP and T&E daily work, provide the monthly AR aging report and weekly cash forecast;
5. Intercompany contact person and monthly intercompany reconciliation;
6. Support auditing coordination both internal and external;
7. Participate cross-departments assignments and ad hoc tasks for management.
Education
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or other relative disciplines
2. More than 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting position;
3. Working experience in manufacturing MNC is preferred
4. Knowledge of Kildee, SAP would be a plus
Required work experience related to position
1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin;
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
3. Attention to detail and deadline-oriented;
4. Proficient in MS office skills and database;
5. Mature with patience, team player, cheerful;
6. Able to work with minimum supervision.
