职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Providing legal advice to group companies and business units in China on daily operation, including:
2. Advising and negotiating China investment projects, including:
3. Advising new laws and legal environment concerning the company’s business strategy as well as modified business models;
4. Providing legal training to employees, e.g. anti-trust training, contract law training as well as compliance program training; and coaching junior legal staff.
Qualification and working experience:
? University degree in Chinese law; and overseas legal study is a preferable, but not required, qualification;
? 5+ years working experience with well-established and reputable law firms and multinational companies' legal department, and related experience in chemical and manufacturing industry is a plus;
? Excellent English and Chinese in writing and speaking;
