职位描述
Accountabilities：
? Keep the company HR policy/process updated to ensure compliance with local law & regulation, and with corporate policies and strategic direction
? Provide coaching and facilitation to BP HR and line manager to ensure the practice compliance with local law, regulation and HR policy
? Facilitate and maintain constructive relationships with unions
Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law or relevant major
8+ years work experience in MNC HR generalist experience, preferably including ER experience.
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Good knowledge of china labor related law and government policies
