工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for working with supervisory personnel to define assignments, required schedules, and quality expectations.
-Responsible for estimating specific project efforts.
-Responsible for the timely completion of defined assignments in accordance with previous functional, schedule, and quality definitions.
-Responsible for seeking additional help as required from appropriate sources, and providing timely status updates to supervisory personnel.
-Responsible for the proper handling of company data and property, and practice of proper business ethics, as well as conveying an acceptable corporate image.
-Apply existing education, work skills, and previous systems engineering experience to the implementation and support of unit and subsystem level software or systems assignments in a generally supervised environment.
-Input into and evaluation of industry PC functional and design specifications.
-Input into project schedules pertaining to directly related industry PC system components.
-Design of multiple unit level industry PC system components.
-Implementation of multiple unit level industry PC systems components.
-Providing technical support to designers, marketing and sales departments, suppliers, engineers and other team members throughout the product development and implementation process.
-Testing and verifying computer hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, by recording and analyzing test data.
-Monitoring functioning of equipment and making necessary modifications to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
-Analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications.
-Building, testing, and modifying product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with computer simulation
-Support of quality assurance testing.
-Support of software and system components.
-Administrative duties as necessary including reporting hours worked, submission of status and expense reports, and related.
-Act as a resource to other engineers.
-Maintain a productive work environment.
-Set-up and maintain personal workstation and other tools directly related to this position.
-Obtain necessary training to maintain skill level .
-Identify and recommend improvements in systems development processes.
-Provide on-site support as required.

专业知识,技巧与能力 SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-A BSEE or equivalent degree with 6+ years working experience
-A Bachelor of Computer Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience exposure to computer systems design.
-A thorough understanding of the x86 computer hardware architecture is a must.
-Extensive knowledge and experience of Window XP, Vista, Win7 is desired.
-At least 3 years experience with computer system hardware and architecture development.
-Good understanding of the electrical modules development and validation process.
-Excellent experience of x86 PC test procedure and test items.
-Good electronic devices knowledge and be capable to take the different assignments. PSU, Printer etc
-Experience with software system component integration.
-Creativity, initiative, analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, teamwork skills
-Strong Mandarin and English communication skills
