Main purpose of the job:

The MES developer will work in a international environment focusing on the MES (JIT & Traceability System) development and plug-ins customization, taking care of the functional specification, software design, development and troubleshooting. Being the Level 3 of the MES Support Chain, the developer shall ensure delivery support to MES BA and the plants by adopting PMS methodolgy of automotive industry.

Key missions:
1. Development & customization
- Analysis business requirements provided by BA
- Define and Document detailed technical specifications.
2. Technical realization and troubleshooting
- Preparation of the functional points to be discussed and assessed with BA.
- Responsible for software development and testing process
- Closely support BA in the configuration phase, troubleshooting and fix problem founded in a timely manner
3. On-site support
- Validate application environment, including hardware and software
- Co-work with BA in the testing phase, on site or remotely
4. Application operational support
- Manage RFC requests ( detailed specifications of modifications )
- Manage system upgrading and maintenance technically and functionally

Requirment:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Minimum 3 to 5 years solid experience working in .Net development environment (C# and ASP.net knowledge is mush, but JAVA can be a plus)
· Strong web development and design experience (html, css, javascript)
· Familiar with OOP (object-oriented programming) and Design Patterns
· Familiar with developing tools like Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, SQL 2008, Team Foundation Server and Resharper.
· Experience of using SQL T-Command
· Experience of development MES or shopfloor system is a plus
· Basic ERP knowledge in Material, Production and Logistics Modules
· Good understanding of Business Process in Automotive Industry is a plus
· Experience with barcode and scanner software is a plus
· Good technical background for PLC control and proface HMI is a plus
· EDI experience is a plus
· Good communication with all stakeholders, both in Chinese and English
· Willing to travel when needed
