职位描述
岗位职责：
1)挖掘公司研发产品中的发明并申请专利;
2)分析相关专利，建立专利战略;
3)研究竞争对手专利，为研发提供指导;
4)研究新产品的技术特点及其他优势，将本公司的产品建立为行业标准或国家标准;
5)与药监局、卫生部建立良好关系，与KOL (Key Opinion Leader)频繁沟通，了解市场和技术的发展方向.
岗位要求：
1）博士以上学历，免疫学专业或分子生物学、生物化学等相关专业；
2）良好的中文表达和沟通能力，英语表达能力较好，性格外向，责任感强；
3）有免疫层析诊断试剂研发经验，熟悉免疫层析产品技术细节；应届毕业生无工作经验者，可视专业情况酌情考虑；
4）熟悉抗原的表达纯化，了解单克隆抗体的制备过程。
