职位描述

Key Responsibilities
? Identify process improvement needs and drive kaizen events for continuous improvement at each location and Asia headquarter with a focus on finance functions.
? Partner with finance leads at each location and develop programs to optimize the finance efficiency and business partnership. This includes but not limited to: understand and identify business needs from finance teams and prioritize/coordinate its execution; design/improve current reports or processes; identify manual processes and work with IT to automate; and target any weak links with suggestion for improvement.
? Work independently to review factory cost structure, and provide summarized cost analysis and suggestion for executives; drive standard cost and true cost process improvement; Enable the cost effectiveness; Conduct training and improve the capabilities of the finance people performing cost management.
? Under instruction, provide other finance/business/project analysis for executives..
? Organize trainings where necessary, to provide development opportunity for finance members, and to provide finance awareness for non-finance associates.
? Coordinate SAP implementation.

Requirements
? Finance manager / controller with extensive manufacturing/costing experience.
? Experience with accounting firm preferred
? Bachelor degree majoring in accounting / finance. Accounting designation required, e.g. AICPA, CPA, ACCA
? Ability to conduct independent research and analysis; proactive, analytical, detail-minded, and creative problem solving abilities.
? Ability to make effective presentation for internal and external audiences;
? Excellent communication skills and able to work as a team member
? Excellency in writing / speaking English
? Able to travel (25%)
