Key responsibilities:
1. To lead development and positioning of Bakery & Dairy products in China market; to ensure that clients understand the strategic offering, develop synergies and to maximize sales opportunities
2. Play the lead role in business development activities; leading key sales and ensuring best foot forward; networking and developing B2B relationships and client alliances, supporting client development; ensuring key client account activities are undertaken
3. To drive financial performance of Bakery & Dairy team, to achieve set budgets and targets in terms of profitable growth and market share increase in China
4. Build up product portfolio and actively introduce new products to China market
5. Competitors analysis and pricing strategies figure out
6. To lead coaching and mentoring of the sales teams; undertake succession planning; identify rising stars and ensure they are developed; undertake key strategic hires to support development
7. To ensure effective organizational structure and operation of sales organization
