This is a Famous Food Company.
Job Role:
In charge of Infant Nutrition oil business including technical support and sales as well as business development. By ensuring close customer relations at different levels and being up to date on capabilities, the Sales Manager will be able to uncover customer needs and create customer value.
Key responsibilities:
? Find new opportunities in selected markets
? Pro-actively co-development of technical solutions with customers leading to new sales or defending present sales
? Visit and meet customers to identify needs and build up relations
? Be technical specialist for given customers incl. trouble shooting, claims, product specifications and other technical issues
? In-house training of colleagues and customers in Academy
? Visit and meet customers to identify needs and build up relations at different levels
? Maintain and increase sales of products
? Establish, maintain and expand the customer base
? Credit control and risk management
? Pipeline management
? Monitor and report market activities and provide relevant management information
Accountable for:
? Create and meet budget
? Own Behavior and Performance
? Price Setting and Conditions
? Forecasting accuracy
? Monthly reporting on time
? Manage and update Opportunity database
? Reach set targets and goals
? Ensure a professional customer complaint process
? Prepare and execute Market plan
? Create customer value by using CCV tools and templates when relevant
? Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
? Use CCV tools and processes and Opportunity database continuously in customer work
? Bring new customer projects to Opportunity portfolio
? Provide technical solution to customers needs
? Collect market and application knowledge as well as competitor information in selected markets

Competence & Experience:
Education:
? Bachelor degree in Food Science or other related majors
? A Master Degree is preferable
Skills (Language/Computer):
? Fluent English and Chinese
? Good at office softwares excel, powerpoint, word
Working Experiences:
? Over 8 years working experience in technical area in Infant Milk Powder’s food ingredient suppliers
Personalities:
? Responsible, team-work , integrity, outgoing, result-oriented Personal Skill:
? Excellent interpersonal, social, communication skills.
? Good sense of responsibility and willing to take challenge
? High willingness and ability to share knowledge and experience
? Good self-motivation on personal technical development and willing to learn
