职位描述
Position Summary :
Provide leadership and management to the supply chain function at division level in accordance with government regulations and company policies and procedures. The main goal is set up and improves supply chain to meet customer service level and inventory level. Manage and control purchasing of production-related material, logistic, sourcing, non-BOM and non-production-related material.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reporting to General Manager, working with overseas supplying divisions, manufacturing, technical, financial, logistic, quality and any other appropriate function to strategically plan and coordinate the flow of material and information from customers quote to delivery of product. Providing support and leadership to purchasing, Import/Export, logistic, customer service, supplier quality control and all other inventory functions.
Job Responsibility :
1. Provide leadership in the management of materials acquisition activities including order placement, supplier follow-up.
2. Help define and implement automated systems to plan and track materials flow from customer request through procurement to on-time delivery.
3. Advice and lead inventory improvement initiatives within a team environment help achieve company’s inventory goals and maintain more than 95% on-time customer deliveries.
4. Ensure that all logistic management policies are consistent with inventory control objectives of the corporation.
5. Develop functional policies and procedures to support supply chain operation.
6. To provide leadership, training and development to supply chain staff while maintaining a high degree of integrity, accuracy and ownership.

8. Localized parts for products produced in company.
9. Keep suppliers always competitive in market and continuous improvement in supply chain.
10. Manages the effort to identify and develop suppliers to meet current and future business needs.
11. Leads efforts to reduce material cost and assess/respond to supply risks.
12. Manages the administration of all site purchasing contracts and agreements.
13. Manages the development of delivery requirements, material plans and short-range capacity plans to meet production schedules and inventory objectives
14. Responsible for materials planning for individual projects.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Material Management/Logistic Management
2. Minimum 5-8 years experience providing leadership to a more than 8 peoples’ team within a logistic organization in a world-class high volume-manufacturing environment.
3. Must process the experience in improving the customer service level and reduce inventory
4. Extensive managerial experience in-state-of-the-art material management system including supply chain management, asset management, MRP II, JIT, cellular manufacturing with an APICS/CPM certification or equivalent preferred.
5. Four-year university degree in business, engineering, or materials management required. Any additional certification is a plus.
6. Must posses excellent written & verbal English with outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external contacts.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft PC software, presentation skills with functional knowledge of JD Edwards or equivalent a definite plus.
8. SAP/JDE knowledge is preferred
