职位描述

Position Summary:
Manage production personnel and processes for a plant or multi-product lines. In addition to leading the localization business in Shanghai, this position is also responsible for all Dept. projects in China.

This position requires a high degree of motivation, a good set of independent problem solving skills, analytical ability, excellent people skills and knowledge of the Chinese market for the product. In addition this person must posses excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese. Progress against the product sales target, product development and market development will be monitored.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
1. Supervise positions include supervisors, engineers, technician, shift leader.
2. Report to xxx.
3. Interface with functions such as Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales and etc.
4. Interface with outside customer and suppliers on quality and delivery concerns.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate production process development with lean manufacturing concept
2. Responsible for team efficiency and productivity through people management and deploying/ developing new processing technology.
3. Deliver high quality products timely against customer’s request.
4. Continuously drive manufacturing target cost reduction.
5. Manage and maintain shop floor supplies and equipment through TPM
6. Responsible for plant 5S+safty
7. Build and develop production team with multiple skill sets to align with company growth.


Qualifications:
1. BS in Engineering or equivalent
2. About 8 years related working experience, at least 3 years leadership experience
3. Problem solving skills
4. Experience in Hydraulic industry is plus.
5. Very good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6. Driving, sufficient product knowledge and strong business sense
7. Solid communication skills to interface with divisions, internal teams, and customers etc.
