职位描述:
1.为持续改进方案提供专业知识的支持（如六西格玛），以杜绝浪费，削减成本，增加收益。
2.参与促进公司经营方法改善活动。
3.引导和实施公司六四格玛绿带和黑带项目。
4.协调、计划和实施持续改进项目。
5.协助建立战略和战术层面上的持续改进计划，并主导实施，帮助解决遇到的问题。
6.根据赛峰的准则协助计划、设计和实施公司综合风险管理。
7. 风险估计：比较风险，识别、描述、估计潜在风险对公司经营的影响。
8. 风险评价：以组织建立的标准比较预计的风险，如成本、法律要件、环境因素，也包括对公司以前的风险管理进行评价。
9. 风险报告。

2.工业工程管理相关专业
3.英语流利，能懂法语更佳
4.良好的交流和合作技巧
5.学习能力强，结果导向，有团队精神
6.有项目管理经验优先

Responsibilities:
1.Support to applying expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma ( including tools as : SMED; Standard Work; Kanban / Pull Systems; TPM; Kaizen; Problem Solving; Visual management; Value Stream Mapping… ) to eliminate waste, reduce cost and grow top line revenue.
2.Facilitate rapid lean deployment (Kaizen) events;
3.Support to lead and implement Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects;
4.Coordinate the selection, scoping, planning and implementation of CI projects and events.
Such as : The program Lean Sigma including the training plan lean sigma, all projects
Lean Sigma of the company leading the CI manager to success.
5.Support to establish strategic and tactical CI plans and lead the implementation of those plans and resolve implementation issues, create and manage communication. Such as the cost reduction plan of the company
6.Support to planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization according Safran’s methodologies.
7.Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
8.Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization’s previous handling of risks;
9.Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree to above
2.Majored at Industrial Engineering or related
3.Good command of English, candidate whom could speak French will be preferable
4.The candidate with project management background are preferred
5.Good communication and coordination skill
6.Result-Oriented, team spirits and a fast learner
7.Fresh-graduate with good potential could also be considered
8.Could accept to work at Guiyang

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
