职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Management of the Quality department team in link with the Quality Manager of the company.

2.Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the company’s organization.

3.Monitor the global quality performance of the company by gathering relevant data and reports.

4.Analyze the “Key Process Indicators” of the company, using appropriate methodologies and tools in order to analyse the global system performance and the proposal of improvement of the processes.

5.Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with national and international standards and legislation (EN9100, AS9100).

6.Plan the ISO 9001 audit activities of the company (internal and external), follow the progress of the corrective action request.

7.Insure the compliance of the company’s quality system with the customers’ specifications

8.Responsible of the quick recognition and execution of the customer’s quality requests

9.In charge of the improvement of the “quality rating” of the company given by the customers

10.Effectively interact with the Production department and subcontractor in order to maintain product supply-chain

11.In charge of the laboratory activities of the company (CMM metrology and metallurgical analysis)

12.Implement the relevant action in the company’s processes in order to reduce the “cost to obtain the quality”

13.Work with Purchasing and Process departments in order to establish the quality inspection requirements for the incoming material

14.Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods

15.Supervise the non conforming process for incoming material, process and products

Qualifications:

1.Extensive knowledge of ISO9001 and quality related standards, the knowledge of the EN9100 standard will be appreciated

2.Good command of SPC tools (Statistical Process Control), Problem solving methods and improvement tools

3.Management skills

4.Fluent in English, French will be appreciated for the communication with the main customer

5.Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.
