职位描述

Primary Responsibilities 责任与职责:

- Performs R&D in power generation control systems for products and processes .lead hardware R&D engineers to develop above hardware IO product.

-Contributes to research, technology development and project execution resulting in new and/or improved products.

- Developed IO modules include Analog input/Analog output/Digital input/Digital output modules and communication modules with field bus intelligent electric device of third party, for example FF, Profibus, HART, and some control product likes valve control, speed protection, etc.

-Detail Design according to the R&D project schedule.

-Conduct design document, define function, structure , interface and other specification, which based on standards and rules.

-Verify the design according to the design input and safety standard and complete the testing report.

-Deliver user manual.

-Manage design updates and archiving, including source code, executable file and design document. Executes Engineering Change Request(ECR)

-New technology research and apply to product development

-Communicate with cross functional team to understand design input and requirements, capture the CTQ, and seek out the opportunity for improving productivity.

-Engineering project support, go to field for problem resolving

Qualifications Required 技能要求:

- Major in electronic technology, automation and automatic control

- Bachelor or upward of, CET six level with at least 5 years R&D experience, have experience of drawing PCB, designing MCU subsystem, master analog and digital circuit, or programming both C, assemble and Verilog HDL language

- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience on industrial products and processes.

- Demonstrated ability to convert high level customer needs into a technical development strategy.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral english in a global team.

- Self motivated and capable of working independently on extended assignments
