工作职责

?PO management to insure material meets production needs and Inventory goal.
-Non-VMI supplier managing
-Get the action message from MRP result and take appropriate action
-Check inventory trend
-Generate PO according to MRP result
-Send P.O. and forecast to suppliers
-VMI / ID supplier management
-Issue rolling forecast to supplier
-Monthly review Min/Max with supplier
-Track the confirmation and shipment status, communicate to logistic and 3PL and broker for on time delivery
-Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement
?Supplier Management
-Supplier training
-Managing & monitoring& tracking suppliers performance to ensure on time delivery
-Work with warehouse and Logistic team to establish receiving windows
-Serve as point of contact with suppliers on all issues including but not confined to past/over due ,payment issues, packaging issues, capacity issues, upfront changes to MRP
-First point of contact for all emergency situations on assigned parts and notifying management of any potential interruptions to production or customer deliveries resulting from assigned parts
-Work with IPO on lead time reduction
?Broker/ 3PL management
-Broker / 3PL training
-Managing & monitoring& tracking Broker/3PL performance to ensure on time delivery
-Work with Broker/3PL on transportation time reduction and efficiency improvement
?Material inventory management
-Report and analyze inventory by class, location and category.
-Monitor the variance from planned inventory balance, potential shortages, potential obsolescence, and excess material analysis.
-Drive the initiatives of inventory reduction
?Support initiatives of ECN and localization effort and new project launch
-On time investigate OB parts inventory status
-Support EC supervisor to reduce OB parts inventory
?Support API
?Support MRB

专业知识,技巧与能力

-Bachelor degree or above.
-Major in international economics and trade or engineering related background prefer
-At lease five years working experience in supply chain area
-Computer skill in both Excel data analysis and MRP system operation.
-Good written and oral English, CET6 preferred
-Good quality sense, and process mapping capability
-Good communication skill
-Team work and integrity
