工作职责：

1、负责物业项目中短期人力资源计划制定执行；
2、负责物业项目人才招聘，满足项目部人力资源需求；
3、负责物业项目培训计划拟定，并组织实施；
4、负责物业项目绩效管理和薪酬管理工作；
5、负责物业项目员工关系处理，构建和谐的劳资关系，营造良好的工作氛围；
6、负责物业项目员工的行政管理工作，如办公资源协调、办公环境和办公秩序的维护等；
7、上级临时交办的其他工作。
