职责描述：
1、负责对新产品（PCBA）制造工艺进行审核和DFM问题揭示， 验证新产品制造工艺，对新产品制造工艺进行导入管理。
2、解决SMT、波峰焊、组装生产过程中出现的各类问题，控制过程，保证生产正常进行。
3、负责PCBA委外加工的试制导入、过程控制、质量控制和产品ESD防护。
4、引进新工艺、新方法、扩大工艺窗口解决制造中存在的隐患和问题，提高制造平台的整体工艺水平。
职位要求：
1. 电子、工业自动化等专业，本科及以上学历，英语有4级以上。
2. 5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上的工业领域PCBA经验，有6sigma绿带者优先。
3. 具备较强的沟通和协调能力。

Job Related Experience:
Around 5 years experience in electronic industry and at least 3 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain
Business Understanding:
- Expertise in PCBA manufacture process, Design For Manufacture, well understand some DFM tools
- How to design PCBA assembly process to achieve optimized performance of manufacturability/quality/cost
- Good understanding of quality KPI ,SPC application, green belt of six sigma is preferred
- Certain experience of testing or electronic design is preferred
- Well understanding of PCB fabrication process /related quality standard(IPC-A-600,UL standard)
- LCD technical & manufacture process background is preferred.
- Better to have product assembly and line architecture design skill.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent oral English, be good at English writing
