岗位目标（Purpose）
Provide accurate, timely and high quality sales and financial analysis and reports to team members in aid of business decisions and commercial strategies.

职责描述（Responsibilities）
1. Preparation of sales performance & profitability analysis report weekly/ monthly, understanding dynamics behind to help team in aid of pricing and commercial strategies.
2. Ensure that the ERP pricing system is updated with new price lists as relevant and that proper documentation has been presented to support any price changes before assisting to upload new price in the system.
3. Prepare 3 months rolling forecast in aid of production planning.
4. Monthly update CM template for pricing quotation and analysis.
5. Collect, analysis and provide information to the team on a quarterly basis with regards to freight and logistics related costs needed for pricing considerations.
6. Assist to prepare the yearly budget, strategic roadmap, regular reporting and other figures and data for the department.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects pertaining to systems implementation, upgrading and etc. Collect feedback and requirement needs for the team and ensure that such requirements are clearly presented and integrated in the systems implementation. Follow up on the implementation progress regularly till completion.

任职资格（Qualification）
1. Below 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Finance, computer, economics, statistical or related major
4. Skilled at Microsoft office, VBA, ERP system
5. English grade:CET4/CET6
6. At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in a forecasting, numerical analysis or financial analysis role, automotive or tire industry is preferred.
7. Tire knowledge (good to have but not absolutely necessary, ERP systems, financial modeling and analysis.
8. Strong quantitative skill in dealing with large amount of numbers;
Strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret data/information to derive insights;
Able to work under tight time press;
Good data analysis skill, familiar with Excel a must, VBA&Powerpoint are pluses.
9. Possess sound team working spirit, problem solving skills, good communication and persuasion skills. Acts professionally, able to conduct an analysis independently. Ability to handle stress at work.
