Logistics Specialist

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management;
At least 3 years’ hands-on of SAP operation as key user.
Good communication skills and teamwork cooperative spirit
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment.
Professional PC skills for Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Mission
Make sure that SAP operation is in line with business and run smoothly.
Coordinates stock management information to Management, identifies the fast moving/slow moving/problem stock/age/stock level, and monitors the execution.
Develops solutions to mitigating shortage and decrease the risk of inventory.
Manage & control the KPI performance of domestic transporation service partners.

Functional Responsibilities
Primary contact with SAP team to improve the SAP operation and address the issues in a timely manner.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes on SAP process.
Monitor the outsourced logistics service and provide the improvement solution on service and cost.
Evaluate and improve logistics operating efficiencies, modes of transportation, procedures, timelines, fiscal and operational objectives.
Assist supervisor to optimize the transportation model for cost saving and efficiency, Support standardization of transportation processes.
Collect logistics expense, identify the cost-saving opportunities and make the payment request.
Support warehousing optimization/Lean projects
Provide the regular logistics report to Management.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
