Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Partner works
- People interview and selection for responsible department
- responsible for the interview of new staff during probation period
- Involve people review,assist to retain talent
- Employee exit interview and analysis
- Organize employee satisfaction survey and follow up action plan
- Involve people review,assist to retain talent
- Provide professional suggestions to line managers/supervisors, improving relations between managers and their subordinates. Supporting to improve department performance
- Answer questions about labor law or company policies.
2. Internal Communication
- Set up and effectively implement internal communication system and employee suggestion system.
- Organize staff activities and other communication event such as team building, birthday party, communication lunch, quarterly communication meeting.
- Promote company culture by means of different channels
3. Optimize Employee rewarding plan and ensure high quality delivering
4. HR Report
5. Involve or lead related HR project
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years HR management experience in MNC
2. Good communication and interaction with employee
3. High efficiency and be familiar with labor law.
4. Fluent English
