Job Summary:

The Program Director will be driving large and complex Professional Services engagements towards one of Ericsson’s customers. Supporting the Engagement Manager and the Key Accounts Manager with extensive telecom and Services knowledge and by taking on both CSR and CFR role.

· The TV& MEDIA CSI PD role requires to provide professional services like consulting, deployment and complex integration for multi-vendors and Ericsson products. Sell and build large scale interactive video entertainment systems for different market and different telecom service provider environments.

· The candidates have 10+ years experience with deployment of IPTV systems, interactive cable deployments or over-the-top video platforms; Experience in large CDN operators; Experience in large IMS deployments.

The wanted technology ecosystem is:

· Head end, encoder/transcoder conceptual knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· Video server and CDN conceptual knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· Video Content Management conceptual knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· CAS/DRM conceptual knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· IP and multicast networking conceptual knowledge - dependencies of existing IP networks wrt video transport

· Data center technology including Layer 3/4 switching and Linux/Window: database conceptual knowledge - understanding of needs to build reliable heavy load data center sites

· Pay-tv set-top box application and embedded development conceptual knowledge - management of expectations around complexity of user experience on embedded client devices
