岗位职责：
1、负责公司总机电话的接听，传真的接收和发送；
2、负责固定资产的管理，会议室的管理，办公用品的申购、管理、领用；
3、负责新入职员工指纹录入、门禁使用方法、员工月考勤统计汇总；
4、协助人力资源部门安排应聘者填写应聘申请表，并通知招聘负责人准备面试；
5、公司名片及印刷品的申请管理；
6、公司员工订票管理；
7、公司相关需求资料整理收集；
8、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，具有相关工作经验者优先；
2、形象气质好、具有较好的服务意识和亲和力。
