职位描述

Your Role Should Be:
The Distribution Account Manager (DAM) has the full responsibility for development & management of distributers (1st tier partner). DAM is also the business owner of Channel Partner Program, with the objective to capture maximum of the growth potential in the market by building up the strong channel infrastructure, which is composed of distributors and all kinds of channel partners. The role includes developing new system integrators, value added resellers into the CPP program, empowering the channel partners by continuous training, coaching and education, setting KPI/targets and continuous evaluate the performance of the channel partners in order to make sure that we have the best A+ Channel in the market.
Distribution Account Manager is also expected to take an active part in local sales team to drive revenue growth in order to meet the revenue target set for the country.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Account management of the distributers in the country and act as their main contact on a daily basis to actively support their sales to 2nd tier partners.
Jointly develop clear annual “Business Plan” for all handled distributors & fully leverage distributor’s resources to drive maximum channel coverage for Axis.
Responsible for annual & quarterly targets set for each distributor; and continuous follow up of KPIs linked to those targets, including revenue growth target etc. as well as to drive & coordinate quarterly business review (QBR) meeting to review business development against plan
Overall business owner of Channel Partner Program (CPP) by working closely with local marketing for support. Responsible for recruiting & developing of new CPP partners as well as continuous evaluate the performance of current partners. Work closely with ISAM to support the development of high potential AP partners under CPP
Weekly/monthly sell-in & sell-out revenue tracking/forecast, manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, MDF/bonuses, price list & special pricing issues, channel incentive program, price list ownership etc.
Channel partner empowerment by training, coaching and education on Axis products, value add arguments and on the sales processes/tools. Business co-owner of Quarterly Partner Forum and monthly e-newsletter with local marketing team.
Plan, implement and follow up of distributors marketing activities as well as MDF budget together with the local marketing manager
Evaluate and follow-up performance of distributors & channel partners, make strategic decisions and act accordingly together with Channel Sales Director and/or Country Manager
Implement and enhance the local sales processes, systems/tools and channel policy/guidelines together with Channel Sales Director and/or Country Manager.

Profile Knowledge, abilities, skills:
Valuable education & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
3 years experience with distribution channels and models
Experience from sales in the IT industry preferred
Important Skills/abilities:
Ability to reach set sales targets, working through other people
Ability to build and maintain important relationships with customers
Good ability to create/implement valuable sales & marketing activities
Strong presentation and communication skill
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Team player
Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
Fluent in English
