1. Prepare and maintain the general ledger as per accounting policy and statutory requirements;
2. Coordinate and complete the month end closing and submission as per corporate reporting datelines, as well as statutory reporting requirement;
3. Complete the Monthly, Quarterly forecast, and Yearly Budget Financial Reporting Package (IBM COGNOs) accurately and timely;
4. Complete the internal management reporting package on a timely basis;
5. Accurate and timely preparation of the necessary schedules and information as required by external audit, tax and other statutory reporting and ensure timely filing with the relevant statutory bodies;
6. Cash flow planning, CAPEX controlling experience are added advantage;
7. UFIDA 8 or SAP (FI/CO and SD) experience is preferred.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree qualifications and above – in Accounting or Finance, 5+ year post qualification is required, and a member of Accounting professional body is a plus;
2.Proficient in ERP system, management reporting system (IBM COGNOs) preferred and Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel is a must;
3.Fluent in English; and ability to handle tight deadlines and manage a diverse range of assigned work.
4.Strong in both analytical and communication skills;
5.Prior working experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
