Responsibilities:
In charge of Quality system
Quality department management,including quality system,supply quality,continuous improvement,Lean,equipment maintenance,facility
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues
Lead the team to improve and implement procedures’ of quality systems. This includes contributing strategic planning,ensuring meaningful goals are established and monitoring quality goals/key indicators to successfully achieve
Building a quality system team including DCC/auditor. Handle the internal,external audit matters concerned. Maintenance Quality Management system running and continuance improvement (CI)
Active in response to client s audit.
Relate to EHS /security and supply chain management.
Oversee and coordinate related projects implemention through tools such as Lean Enterprise, Employee Involvement, Quality Management, Project Management, Six Sigma, 5S+1.
Utilize to Lean tools in production process to improve production efficiency and reduce seven wastes and reduce WIP, improve inventory turnover.
Serve as liaison to the patent coordinator of headquarter
To deal with customer satisfaction and customer complains.8D report to customer.
Requirement:
B.S.
More than 10 years quality management experience,3 years quality department leader experience at least
Rich quality system management experience
Mechanical industry experience
MNC experience
Continuous inprovement,Lean experience
Familiar with mechanical process
Be good leadership,communication,coordination
Strong capability of problem shooting
Fluent in English
