1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
? As supplier quality window, monitors and improves supplier quality performance, ensures implementation of GSQM, supplier concern management, supplier corrective and preventive action, supplier continuous improvement, supplier audit, supplier PPAP and re-validation.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
? Fully understand GSQM requirements and able to introduce, train & guide suppliers to implement and comply with GSQM requirements.
? Lead on internal and external issues caused by supplier quality and drive on solve through TRW QCCAR/8D Process, including root cause identification and corrective/preventive actions definition & following-up.
? Coordinate internally to identify the quality costs of supplier issues, and follow-up with suppliers for cost recovery and or escalate in TRW organization if necessary.
? Lead on supplier quality intensive improvements, such as Controlled Shipping, Supplier Quality Improvement Process (SQIP), and involvement in the Top Focus process.
? Monitor, support and improve on VIN (Vendor Information Networking) System, fully understand, implement & drive on effectiveness usage by suppliers;
? Lead regular or specific supplier audits, such as Annual Supplier Quality Audit, Product & Process Audit, Controlled Shipping Audit, Special Process Audit, specific purpose visits/audits when requested etc.
? Lead carry-over part re-validation for new projects and mass production part re-validations.
? Coordinate, support and / or work with Global & AP SQA/SDE teams on global supplier issues;
? Participate in Supplier/Component Development & Qualification processes, such as Component Priority Assessment, Supplier Design Review, Launch Readiness Audit, Safe Launch Planning process etc.
? In charge of Supplier/Component IQA process planning & definition.
? Complete task given by plant supplier quality leader.
3. EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
? Familiarity with ISO/TS16949 quality system requirements Familiar with Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA .
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Technical degree or Bachelor Engineering degree.
Experience: 3-5 years manufacturing experience on supply quality related, mechanical/assembly/machining/stamping/plating/casting/rubber products.
