1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
? Accounts payable accountant is a position in charge of AP transaction booking and payment arrangement and so on.
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Daily invoice entry into Mfg/Pro System after checking related documents.
? Prepare payments based on due date report.
? Take care of AP aging status and timely generating accurate AP Aging Report for management reference.
? Conduct AP function monthly closing and ensure AP balance totally reconciled with GL A/Cs.
? Assist to set up sound internal control process for AP transaction.
? Document procedures and continually monitor internal controls.
? Other ad hoc requests assigned from financial reporting Manager.
? Work closely with other Finance team members to determine priorities and action plans.
3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Ability to solve problems and pay close attention to details, good communication skills including written and spoken English, and desire to work in a team to resolve any issues in a rapidly expanding business.
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 教育及经验要求
? Educational: Accounting or Finance college degree or above.
? Experience: Not less than 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment, including 1 year in multinational company preferred. Accounts Payable experience preferred, ERP experience and knowledge especially in Mfg/Pro is an advantage.
