Responsibilities:
1. Out-sourcing project management in Virtuos Art Division, in charge of
1) Project Bid- estimate and planning
2) Client communication and relationship management in project
3) Resource/Time/Quality management of production team
4) Risk reporting to high level manager
5) Contingency planning with the Guidance from senior producer
6) Cooperate with AD and TL to improve production efficiency
2. Production management in Virtuos Art Division
1) Coordinate to help execute Division development plan.
2) Coordinate with high level manager or other dep. of management data reporting
3. Project management with common management tools
4. Handling client daily communication on schedule, feedback, delivery and regular production issues. Based on email or IM
5. Necessary client meeting. (kick-off meeting and regular weekly conference call)
6. Internal team daily management of schedule, quality issue, delivery and other support.
7. Data Delivery if necessary
8. Update to planning manager on resource allocation and usage.
9. Misc activities of cooperation with other producers or project team

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years' experience of project management in game or relevance industry.
2. Good English (specific foreign language) communication skills
3. Necessary Tool knowledge
4. Good knowledge of game development
5. Good knowledge of game art production pipeline
6. Have experience of out-sourcing project management
7. Have experience of project management tools
8. Love playing games.
