Responsibilities:
- Managing the production and the production team to ensure the achievement of budgeted target.
- Responsible for the productivity, quality, safety, discipline and the cleanness of the workshops by introduce and monitor action plans.
- Assist operation manager to manage staff development (objective setting, skills/performance appraisals, etc.)
Assist to 5S implement and continuous improvement.
- Guarantee quality control and the environmental management system in workshops and around areas. Enforce all the relevant procedures and instructions launched by the company
- Control production flow, optimize cost, anticipate and manage production tools and auxiliary materials
- Define all the technical and human resources required to ensure the production operate in optimum safety condition. Propose any necessary adjustment.
- Submit plans for improvement and related investment to ensure the smooth running of the production facility.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by operation manager.

Pre-requisites:
- College degree in Mechanical or relative knowledge field.
- More than 8 years mechanical manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 Production management working experience.
- Lean Management skills and SAP knowledge will be preferred.
- English reading, writing and speaking is preferred
- Good team player with strong line workers management skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
