Principal Accountabilities主要职责：
1.Monitor process performance indices and establish good controls to maintain process performance.观察制程表现. 建立优良制程控制系统；
2.Improve processes using quality improvement tools and other statistical tools.利用品质改善及统计分析的手段和工具, 为制程进行改善；
3.Improve productivity by introducing automated processes and introducing fixtures/jigs.提供自动化和工模夹具的建议；
4.Work on labor time and scrap reduction projects by developing new processes, optimizing processes and introducing new materials.进行减少报废,提高效率项目
5.Transfer/Start up new processes that involve process characterization and development.负责新产品导入及开发特殊新制程；
6.Manage and coordinate technicians to play daily production supporting roles effectively and also helping engineers in evaluations.管理及协调技术员日常工作, 为产线提供支持，协助提高工作效率；
7.Develop and maintain engineering documentations.工程变更文件管理及维护；
8.Report and assistant for safety issue improve.报告并协助改善安全问题。

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
1.College or above degree holder in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering 大专及以上学历，电子/电气/机械/化学工程系专业；
2.Over 3 years engineering experience；need to familiar with the process of Inductor or transformer;3年以上工程经验，熟悉电感或变压器工艺流程；
3.Possess knowledge of statistical process control and analytical skills, eg. Sigma, DOE, GR&R and knowledge of conducting PFMEA.具有统计分析, 有条理的制程管理的知识, 如 6 Sigma, DOE, GR&R 的应用。
4.Good command of English, at least can write and read.良好的英语表达能力，至少会基本的读写；
5.Familiar with Windows, Office, AutoCAD etc. software.熟悉一般的办公软件及AutoCAD；
6.Active work, team work.工作积极，有团队精神。
