HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION
? Report to the HR Manager

MISSION
? Ensure Human Resources general administration in respect of the internal Human Resources policy and Human Resources Manager instructions

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Monitor the forward recruitment process (job description release, applicant resume analyze and preparation of selection table)
? Organize the aftward recruitment task process for the selected applicants and elaborate individual HR dossier (administrative documents, medical examination, ect)
? Organize and plan the periodic medical examination
? Manage the in/out personnel and the company headcount
? Monitor the process of the annual Personal Develop Plan program and analyze it to identify training program implementation
? Monitor the employee attendance, overtime application and calculation, and process other related information needed for the Monthly Manufacturing Report
? Monitor the foreigner employment permit (periodic medical examination, foreign expert certificate and visa renewal)
? Implement and update HR scorecards

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
? Bachelor degree with experience, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
? Minimum two years of experience in HR department
? Good English skills (C,S,W,R)
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and regulations and local HR policies
? Organizational Skills and ability to work under pressure
? Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office programs
