岗位职责：
1、负责将设计稿制作成 HTML 页面工作，页面制作要求符合相关规范；
2、用js实现设计师要求的动态效果,并保证浏览器兼容性；
3、配合设计师、后台技术人员一起完成网站制作开发工作。
岗位要求：
1、对网页设计师制作出的效果图进行合理、精确的切割，精通XHTML/CSS,合理使用XHTML布局，对DIV+CSS设计思想有深刻理解，能够编写符合W3C标准、兼容多种浏览器的前端页面代码；
2、熟悉Javascript/XML/DOM前端开发技术，有JQuery等库的使用经验，了解目前主流的JS框架，了解AJAX，XML/DOM等概念。有交互页面设计经验的优先；
3、一年以上Div+css工作经验；
4、具备团队合作精神，工作认真负责。
