Job Description 工作描述
？ 对现场楼宇自控和办公设备的运行情况进行日常巡视和检查，并记录设备运行状况
？ 根据维护保养计划，对楼宇自控和办公设备进行例行维护保养，保证设备正常运行
？ 对于楼宇自控和办公设备运行中发现的故障进行初步判断，进行维修，并及时记录和上报
？ 响应客户服务需求，及时处理紧急事件
？ 协助其他工种共同完成工作任务，完成上级主管交办的其他相关工作
Requirement 任职要求
？ 中技同等或以上学历， 2年以上楼宇自控或办公设备维护工作经验
？ 具有低压电气作业证书优先
？ 工作态度积极主动，认真负责
