工作职责：

Job Description:

1. 推动量产产品TOPⅢ质量问题的改善(设计/工法/材料), 电气问题或不明原因停线重大质量问题处理，确保产品正常出货。

Push the corrective actions of TOPIII quality problems (design/process/material) in responsibility products. Solve the electric problems or the problems stopping the production to ensure the on-time shipment.

2. 客户需求与客户服务，客户投诉分析改善，提升客户满意度。

Deal with customer requirements, analyze the quality problems of customer complaint, and advance customer satisfaction.

3. 量产机种ECN、订单类配备变更单、暂代单、重工单审核。

Approve the ECN of mass products, modification requirements of existing products based on orders, substitution note and rework order.

4. 季度产品验证，确保产品一致性。制程变更验证、ATE变更验证，确保制程质量稳定。

Verify the products quarterly to ensure the consistence. Verify the production line when manufacturing process or ATE procedure changes, guarantee the process quality.

5. 量产机种生产质量数据统计与分析，确保产品质量持续改善。

Statistically analyze the quality data of mass products to ensure continuous quality improvement.

6. 参与和/或协助QAPDT角色，参与质量工具推展与执行(PFMEA/CP/EP…)，提升组织体制。

Participate in and/or support QAPDT. Implement and perform quality tools (PFMEA/CP/EP), enhance the competitive ability of the team.

7. 降低CONC以及warranty PPM。

Decrease CONC and warranty PPM.

岗位要求：
Job Requirement:

1. 电子学或相关专业学士学位，有品保/制造/研发方面工作经验；

Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related technical field with experience in quality / manufacturing /RND assurance.

2. 熟悉功率电子产品电路结构/安规/规格参数与测试，有开关电源或UPS品保工程师或研发经验者更佳；

Knowledgeable about power electronic products circuit topology structure / safety /parameters & testing. Prior experience with SPS or UPS Quality Engineer or RND preferred.

3. 熟悉客户对产品、制程标准的质量需求；

Knowledgeable about the application of Product / Process standards of Customer Quality Requirements.

4. 1年以上直接处理客户质量问题经验者优先；

Prior first hand experience (minimum 1 year) of dealing with customers on quality issues preferred.

5. 熟悉常用的质量工具质量方法：QC七大手法等；

Good skill in using quality tools, like 7 QC methods etc.

6. 具备英语读, 写能力, 通过英语CET-4；

Good reading and writing English, pass English CET-4.

7. 较好的沟通能力, 能够与各部门合作解决相关的质量问题；

Good communication and coordinate different departments in quality problem solving.
