1. Responsibilities Description：
Develop and manage Facilities management system and supervises facility maintenance personnel to provide quality repairs and service.
Insure that all designs comply with HSE regulatory requirements and all applicable building and fire code.
Coordinate contracting services in providing facility guidelines to out sourced consulting engineering firms.
Provide design for equipment safety protection in compliance with HSE requirements.
Conducts regular inspections and assessments to evaluate site's compliance and performance in relation to PRC regulatory requirement
Deploy HSE Management Systems and achieve relevant external HSEMS certifications as needed
Plan and lead regulatory compliance activities, develop working relationships with local Government.
Develop and implement site emergency response plans
Provide subject matter expert support in preparation of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, exhaust, wastewater treatment, fire protection and piping design & construction.
2. Education background and work experience：
Bachelor's degree in industrial safety, health, environmental, or related filed.
Over 5 years of professional experience in the HSE/Facility field.
Technical knowledge of the following aspects is essential: safety engineering, occupational health, industrial hygiene, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001, emission, discharge & waste management, HSE&F Auditing and facility management.
Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge in applicable China health, safety and environmental regulations as well as knowledge and experience in developing HSE management systems.
