职责要求：
1、航空产品研发过程项目计划
Lead establishing Cost, Schedule and technical baseline
Lead defining project including Statement of Work (SOW) definition ,WBS and IMS
Establish program plans including Baseline/Change plan, Communication plan, Program resource plan, and risk /Opportunity plan
Lead the establishment of a project milestone reporting tool and operating system
2、航空产品研发过程项目经理
Work with engineering technical managers to status schedules at the task level
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of project objectives
Act as the focal point for key project metrics and data including
Drive a project structure that enables Earned Value reporting based on WBS deliverables (CPI / SPI)
Create and analyze critical path(s) and communicate this to project team
Monitor performance of project to ensure business goals are met
Identify trends and perform variance analysis against the project baseline (cost and schedule impact) and participate with the team in Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis
Identify risks prior to becoming issues and use management resource to manage risks and mitigation effort
Establishing PM related process and procedure documents for HonFei QMS to meet AS9100 requirements
3.航空产品研发过程项目支持
Support partner and customer contract negotiations
Provide support for activities that capture basis of estimate for both activity cost and duration
Support related team on FOC LRUs procurement
Other things assigned by GM or DGM
岗位要求：
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of cumulative work experience and 2 years directly related to Project Management or Project Planning
Familiar with performance metrics such as Earned Value (EV) and Technical Performance Measures including solid understanding of EV methods and concepts
Experience working with standard project management tools including scheduling tools (Microsoft Project) and milestone management tools, requirements tracing tools, cost accounting tools and/or time management tools
Communication and Interpersonal - crisp verbal skills, effective listening skills; effective facilitation and negotiation skills
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Must be highly motivated, goal, and results oriented
