Job Duties includes:
Answering incoming calls
Managing call back
General Billing quenes
Case Logs
Essential Skills:
High standard of customer service
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to achieve KPI's.
Able to work on flexible shifting schedule.
Good written and oral communication skills(English & Mandarin) .

We prefer those English Major candidates, but just have a try if you're confident with your oral English and listening ability.
