职位描述：
1、负责设计部项目的组织实施，执行项目设计的规划、分配工作及规则制定；
2、有出色的提案能力和沟通技巧，在与客户进行谈判时，能精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并使客户信服；
3、管理设计部门，领导设计团队。对部门成员进行专业培训和指导，并能积极协调创作部与其它部门之间的工作关系。

任职要求：
1、美术类相关专业毕业，具有3年以上工作经验
2、熟练使用 Ai、 Photoshop、indesign，CorelDraw、Flash、Adobe等相关设计软件，熟悉印前流程及印刷工艺；
3、具有独立创作能力及执行能力。
4、了解客户需求，对品牌及市场价值有较为深厚的理解；
5、具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力；
6、品德优良，有吃苦耐劳和敬业爱岗精神，具备较强的职业道德。
