Responsibilities and duties
Monitor brake hose and cable production line quality state; make solution when quality issues are raised
Implement and planning of the process audit
Implement and verify corrective and preventive action
Manage the state of the red jail
Collect information and do indicators for KPI waste and non quality cost and report to quality manager
Responsible for validating the tooling through its product
Make product defects analysis and propose the solution
Implement quality training to production auditors and operators.
Do production capability study and report the result to quality manager
Create the control plans for a final product
Monitor and review production inspection record and prepare the inspection reports (dimensional, raw material certificates, histograms and essay reports)
Brake hose and cables homologation
Skills
Experience in automobile industry is preferred
Familiar with ISO 9001
Good knowledge of quality tools and strong quality problems solving skills
English CET-4(can write and understand English email; can use English to do quality report)
QE working experience
