Job Responsibility:
1.Organize FAL inspection and make inspection sampling plan
2.Make WIs for the inspection according to the parts or components requirements
3.Collect all the parts quality information and work together with SQE to improve supplier’s quality
4.Train technicians and inspectors to make program and operate inspection instruments
5.Deploy the calibration and MSA according to EQS requirements
6.Organize the WIs and system procedures documents working-out and support quality system improvement and audit events
7.Make inspection fixtures based on GD&T measurement requirement
8.Provide training to inspectors or technicians on GD&T if required
9.Provide measurement support to QE/ME/R&D to analyze product quality issue
10.Obey the assignment from Q manager and Plant manager

Requirement:
1.Good organization skill
2.Familiar with programming on triple coordinate machine
3.Very good GD&T and measurement knowledge background
4.Good communication
5.Know quality system
6.Statistic skill
7.Good team spirit
