PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Assure manufacturing process and result according to defined technical document(Drawings, BOM Routing, assembly and testing documents, product specifications, etc.);
B. Take as leading position for project implementation and localization project.
C Focus on Standards Work of all manufacturing documents for new and existing products, new projects supporting and ECR/ECN implementation coordination.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.From local manufactory side or university, understand VI the products knowledge and technology process.
B.Be responsible for preparing/creating technical document/standards (drawing/files), including Bill of material and Routing setup for manufacturing process;
C.Be responsible for product/process/technology engineering change, any update or change must be properly communicated and implemented;
D.Modify the technology data of product/process/technology according to actual situation of manufactory, realize and transfer relevant issue to the function department;
E.Working in a team to run project, including localization project, technology improvement and lean manufactory implement;
F.Cooperate with designer to redesign products to fulfill the requirements and specifications which agreed between customer and market
G.Process flow & manufacturing technique optimization, including the deployment of the tools in ELSS & EQS;
H.Daily in-process defects analysis and rework method , and the required corrective/preventative actions following-up;
I.Confirm to all the related manufacturing documents, including WI, FMEA, CP, Flow-Chart, etc.;
J.Fulfill other task which come from engineering manager;Request:
A.B.A degree major of Electrical/Vacuum/Machine in university
B.Experience of localization
C.Good team working spirit
D.English skill
E.Computer skill
