Responsible
?? Financial supervision of the HK holding and the mainland factory accounting, administrative and government basics relationships.
? Reporting directly to the managing director, Chinese national , english speaking , french will be a plus the profile must be cleaver, organised , present well , open for change, adaptable to different environment and situations, very active.
? The profile must be certified in accounting with an expertise near to a CPA level or with financial analysis background , LEAN accounting is a plus.
? Based on a previous experience in managing factory budgets by department , the finance manager must be able to report monthly the income statement and balance sheet with a correct analysis and proposal for improvement.
? The finance manager is responsible of the yearly and monthly budget and implement the strategy of cost control .
? The finance manager will implement performance indicators in order to anticipate cost problems and reduce financial risks in partnership with the operation manager.
? The finance manager, will lead a team on site with an accountant and one cashier, she is in charge of the outsourcing service such as accounting consulting agencies working for us in Guangzhou and Hongkong in order to establish trimestrial reports validated by third part CPA.
Requirement
1:Bachelor or higher degree ,Certificated of accountant is a plus
2: Above 4 year working experience in finance function
3:English in written and oral communication
4:Good Communication skill
5:Open-minded and creative thinking some, dare to be different in a growing company
