1.对站内产品信息进行维护；
2.负责网络销售，客户沟通、售前及售后的相关服务；
3.收集客户资料信息，定期报告总结客服工作中反馈的情况；
4.定期收集常见问题，并按时提交给项目组负责人；
5.使用即时通信软件、电子邮件等工具及其他途径为客户进行问题解答与处理。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，网店客服工作经验优先；
2.反应敏捷，熟练上网操作，沟通能力强；
3.打字速度60字/分钟以上，熟练使用各种OFFICE办公软件；
4.熟悉电子商务及互联网基本知识；
5.责任心强，工作严谨，较强的学习能力和团队合作精神。
